Bitok & Co Advocates operates as a sole proprietorship led by our Managing Partner, with a partner heading our Nairobi office and an associate supporting litigation and advocacy. Every matter is supervised by a partner from intake to conclusion.
Regulatory standing
Our advocates are admitted to the High Court of Kenya and are members in good standing of the Law Society of Kenya, subject to its rules of professional conduct.
Client confidentiality
Client information is held in strict confidence and shared only as required to progress an instruction, consistent with advocate-client privilege.
Conflict checks
Every new instruction is checked against existing files before acceptance, to protect the interests of current and prospective clients.
Notarial services
Our Nairobi office head is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, supporting affidavit and document authentication needs.
Quality supervision
All matters are reviewed by a partner before advice or documents are released to a client.
Continuing development
Advocates maintain their practising certificates and continuing professional development in line with Law Society of Kenya requirements.
